My favorite drink is easy to make. In fact it is healthy and tastes good at the same time!
Turmeric Tea or Golden Milk:
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 c. of milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne
Stir the ingredients and then pop it in the microwave for about 45 seconds Stir again and then test to see if it is warm enough and sweet enough.
Turmeric is good for many things but I use it primarily for my inflammation
cayenne is great for circulation and many other things but in this drink I use if for making the turmeric work faster and better and for waking me up in the mornings, giving me a little pep to my step. I can't drink coffee because I am allergic to the caffeine so this helps a bunch.
