Easy Crock Pot Chicken Pasta

This is a meal easy enough that you can cook this without having any prior cooking experience.  This is a good recipe for a single person or a large family because a single person can eat a little every day or every other day and a large family can get full.

Thawed Chicken (or even left over chicken nuggets or tenders)
Tomato Sauce in a jar or can Alfredo sauce you choose (or make your own)
Wheat or whatever kind of pasta you want to use (I like whole wheat or something with whole grain in it or low glycemic, they even have vegetable noodles)
Seasonings you like with Italian food or an Italian blend
*Apple Cider Vinegar (optional, it helps balance the wheat flavor)
*bread for toast
Parmesan Cheese to taste

1. Place some chicken in the bottom of your crock pot. {I just use legs and thighs but it would work with breast meat and chicken tenders also but if you do it with cooked meat just leave it on a warm setting not a hot one.} If you use meat with bones and skin you will need to fish out the bones and skin before serving with a noodle spoon or a pair of tongs, being careful not to burn yourself. It is better to unplug your machine and allow it to cool when doing this.

2. Open your sauce and pour it over the chicken or hold it until afterwards and drain your chicken meat. Some people don't want the chicken juices in their sauce.

3. Turn your pot on for 4 hours. (Plan ahead as to what meal you want it to be for)

4. When you are about finished cooking your chicken mixture start your pasta water to boil. Cook your pasta according to the directions on the bag.

5. Toast your bread; add some garlic and sea salt and you are ready to top your pasta with chicken and sauce. (if you have bones in your pasta you can just fork the meat out and spoon the sauce on, remove as stated in number 1. you could also prepare the meat without the sauce and remove bones then add your sauce.)

6. Sprinkle on some Parmesan Cheese if you wish and serve.

1.   Today I was so excited to find out my order at Pureformulas.com was free. I had to share it with my readers as soon as I could. Then again, who in their right mind wouldn't when it could save them some more money?

2.   But I not only save money on vitamins and such but I save on my purchases from Ebay by purchasing them through Ebates.com Each purchase that I funnel through them earns me some cash back that I get credited to my paypal account. How easy is that?

That isn't the only store that you can save at; they have a long list of other stores to choose from and book trips from travelocity. That could add up if you have some gifts to buy, a trip to schedule or some clothes shopping you would like to do online etc.

3.   The last place that I save from is Swagbucks.com I just answer a daily question, search for a few things, watch a few informative videos or play some games to help my memory and I occasionally earn an amazon gift card you can too!

Let me know if you get signed up and have some super saving stories. Also if you would like to share some other sites you save from go ahead in the comments. Thanks!
