Liposomal Vitamin C Part 2

Here goes! I have finally come up with my tolerance level of Liposomol Vitamin C. It was right at 6 grams like most other people. I could probably get down one more gram but since I have read that the tolerance of most folks is 6 grams  I will just stay there and see what my results will be. I wanted you to know this because any more than this and you are risking a case of gastrointestinal upset.

I do not make it the conventional way with sunflower lecithin because I wanted to cut down on any extra costs in our budget so I went with he lecithin that I had available from my chickens. Egg yolk has a lecithin that I have coming to me daily.

Liposomal vitamin C Recipe:


1 or 2 egg yolks
6 grams (6000mg) of Ascorbic Acid caplets or powder
Cranberry/apple juice or the juice you prefer
1 tsp. honey


1. With a coffee grinder grind your 6 1000 milligram caplets. It takes about 10 seconds.

2. With your stick blender or what ever you have blend the egg yolk and vitamin c powder for about one minute.

3. Then mix this with your juice and honey.

4. Drink this down holding your breath and keeping your jug of juice handy so you can chug a little juice after because it has a very bad eggy aftertaste. Some people will not need to hold your nose and if you concentrate on the vitamin c taste it won't bother you at all that the egg taste is there.

Do your research to see if Vitamin C is for you!

That's it. That's how I do it for now. Who knows I may break down and buy the powdered kind and the sunflower lecithin in liquid form that would work easy too. Here is a video on that process.
