Egg, Sausage and Spinach Casserole



This recipe feeds 9 people if you add side dishes
 or if you want to use it for a light breakfast or a light lunch. 

Ingredients:

10 eggs 
1 table spoon of real butter
1/4 cup  milk
1 cup nacho cheese
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
10 to 12 leaves of fresh spinach
1 package of cheddar sausage links, sliced


Directions:

1. Set oven to 375 degrees.

2. Wisc together all ingredients accept sausage.

3. Pour into an oiled casserole pan. 

4. Add the sausage placing the slices in a row.

5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the egg bounces back when you press with your finger.
