What About Vitamin D3

Recently I discovered that when I am outside I feel better. So I decided to learn more about D3 and how much of it is effective. That was after I bought some chewable D3's from the store. I read articles and watched seminars from doctors on the subject for several hours so that I could make an informed decision on how much I should try.
