Are You Fatigued?


Lately, I have been up with the twins one right after the other because they have a cough and fever. So it is very difficult to get enough sleep. On top of that we are just swamped with things that must be done and no time to do them in. Therefore, we end up doing them late at night to fit everything into our schedules. If this is where you are, then you need to get out of this situation as soon as possible (which I hope to happen soon) and get into a better sleep routine, but meanwhile you can supplement with an adrenal fatigue formula and some great ginseng tea as long as you are not on some type of prescription medication that would interfere.

Lack of sleep and/or stress can deplete the body of its natural defenses.  So you also need to include extra immune boosters like garlic, echinacia, and vitamin C.  I would love to hear what natural supplements you have used for fighting fatigue.
