Numbers 1 though 5 are some low impact exercises to keep your lymph system moving and eliminating toxins. Just remember don't stress yourself when you are exercising; its good to get your heart rate up but not to cause yourself to become stressed with what you are doing. It should be a way to get rid of stress not add to it. You can always slow down or take a different position that is less of a strain for a while until you can begin again and get your second wind. If you are not used to a exercise program then you need to start out slowly and build up as you are able, adding a little more each time until you get to 15 or 30 minutes of exercise per session.

The rebounder system below is a system that looks like it would be great for your allergies if you wanted to purchase something to motivate yourself. It is very different than we are used to so it is going pretty slow. I can already tell that my body is learning the moves.
