Lonnie's Mouthwatering Homemade Pancakes

Pancakes are one of the cheapest meals that you can make and they work good for an occasional supper as well. This morning we had our whole wheat pancakes with a few handfuls of oatmeal and a good handful of sunflower seeds. Then I have been reading how good that molasses is for you so instead of syrup with all of the sugar I always like to try something different on top so today it was Brer Rabbit Molasses and we just drizzled it on like the chefs do and they looked just beautiful. the taste was pretty good as well although if you prefer more sweetness you probably would like to add some honey. I only had one or two honey adders. If you have any whole wheat, pancake recipes to share please do so in the comments. Thanks!

I love Pancakes. I never tried putting sunflower seed in them. Bet they were yummy.

I don't know if you are interested but I am having a giveaway of Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil. They are giving away a huge jar. I couldn't belive how big it was.

I am also having a giveaway on WATER YOU WANT. It takes the chlorine out of the tap water. Great for going to restaurants and traveling.

Not many have entered so that is a better chance of winning. Hope you can stop over and enter. Terry
