Breakfast Pie or Pizza/Whole Wheat Pie Crust

Whole Wheat Pie Crust (my favorite)

note: I double this recipe in a large pie pan or a pizza pan
Preheat to 450 degrees


1 1/2 cups flour (wheat or white)
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, margarine or 1/3 cup oil
4-5 tbs. cold milk or water


1. Cut into the flour 1/2 c. butter, margarine or  1/3 c. cooking oil till largest pieces are pea sized.

2. Add  4-5 Tbs. cold milk over mixture cold water works good too. 1 tbs at a time tossing with fork until mixture holds together.

3. Then mash this onto the pizza pan or pie dish until it covers the bottom and make the edges pretty with your thumbs.

4. Bake for 6 or 7 minutes on 400 degrees.

Empty Pie Crust made with white flour and oil

You can add any topping you wish or have.
Things I tried:
Cooked fruit with some of the juice plus some honey
Canned fruit with some honey
Apple Butter with some of the extra crumbled up crust on top.
Honey and Cinnamon
Apple Sauce
